Case Study: 26k Organic Traffic Added in 1.5 Months

BlueNotary had a decent size presence for keywords surrounding notary, but they wanted a presence for keywords surrounding "online notary." Our goals were set to:

1. Rank for "online notary" keywords

2. Rank for online notary "near me" keywords

We entered a 1-2 month plan, where we planned to generate backlinks, interlinking and technical fixes to some high level pages across their site. And within 1.5 months, we ranked for what we needed to, and added 26,000 organic monthly visitors for online notary and local online notary keywords.

BlueNotary had 50 pages set up with notary info for each of the 50 states. We started by strategizing what pages we'll rank for online notary keywords, we decided that we'll rank:

1. Home page for "online notary" and surrounding keywords

2. Online notary page for general online notary keywords

3. Each of the 50 state pages for "online notary in X state"

We did this by strategically interlinking all 50 pages to the homepage, using online notary anchor texts. Secondly, we performed a high volume of blogger outreach, and generated high authority backlinks to the homepage, with strategic general and local online notary anchor texts.

This campaign resulted in ranking for hundreds of online notary keywords across the home page and online notary page. And every single state page, we improved rankings from no ranking, or top 50 rankings, and we now are ranked within the top 10 for all state pages, and top 5 for majority of the states, including high volume states like Texas, New York, Florida, California and more. Also, if you search "online notary near me" a state page local to you will show up in the top 5 results.
